I’m back with another supplement spotlight! This time I wanted to write about an increasingly popular supplement: turmeric. Turmeric has been gaining traction for years now – and rightfully so – and is often touted for it’s inflammation modulating abilities.

In case you missed it, I’ve decided to highlight a different supplement or vitamin each week to help bring light into the world of supplements. Since there are SO MANY products out there it can seem overwhelming, especially with the amount of information available.
Since last week’s Supplement Spotlight went over so well, I am happy to be able to shift the focus to another amazing supplement: magnesium! Magnesium is one of my favorite supplements because it does SO MUCH. As a co-enzyme in over 300 different processes in the body, magnesium is highly important to helping us feel our best everyday!
