Coming at you today with a meal that can be on the table in under 30 minutes! Because who really has time for a recipe that takes hours and special equipment? Not me these days!
Welcome to the start of a new week! Monday is here and I hope you are having a great one so far. It’s time to make this a better week than last week and keep chasing after those goals. Can you tell I’m always exceptionally motivated on Mondays? I am excited to share my newest finds with you this week!
Valentine’s Day is almost here! What are your plans? Are you more of a stay-in-at-home type of person or a make-a-reservation person? Maybe you’re a stay at home with your gal-friends type of person. Oooh, I want to know! The fiance and I are just planning on having dinner together and doing our normal routine things! To me, that feels more special than having a fancy dinner at a restaurant. Made even more true when I enjoy my own cooking more than the cooking at most restaurants.
Happy Friday! Cookies are for Fridays. Yep, they just go together. I am feeling all the feels today before starting my new job so I am trying to lay low and just stay calm. I tend to get pretty anxious before big life changes and tend to think in terms of worst case scenarios. WHAT IF I DON’T MAKE FRIENDS, WHAT IF THEY DON’T LIKE ME, WHAT IF I’M NOT GOOD AT IT. And many more things.
I wanted to share this recipe two different ways in case you don’t have an Instant Pot! But, like, what, why don’t you have one?! They have completely revolutionized how I cook and are SO AWESOME.
Okay question time: can I call drumsticks drummies? I feel like it is way cuter and more endearing that way. And super original. So I’m going to go with it.
Today I am sharing a recipe for my super trendy Honey Bee Charcoal Latte! I made this a few months back (when I was still happily drinking coffee) and think it’s worth sharing in the winter months to help detox and as a quick pick-me-up! I also love the decaf version of this drink and think it might taste even better that way!
