I know how hard the pressure can be to “look a certain way” and to perform our best at all times. Sometimes that pressure can lead us into unhealthy behaviors in order to achieve a certain goal.
Yes, this is a legit 3 ingredient recipe and I could not be happier about it! Of course there are always optional ingredients you could add in or put on top but the 3 ingredients that are essential make this soup luxurious and damn tasty.

I’m back with another supplement spotlight! This time I wanted to write about an increasingly popular supplement: turmeric. Turmeric has been gaining traction for years now – and rightfully so – and is often touted for it’s inflammation modulating abilities.

This Green Chile Chorizo Casserole was born out of me being so excited that I actually found a clean chorizo brand that I like that I couldn’t wait to make something with it! I also had a spaghetti squash on hand and knew I had to make a riff on my Egg Roll Casserole!
