Welcome to the start of a new week! Monday is here and I hope you are having a great one so far. It’s time to make this a better week than last week and keep chasing after those goals. Can you tell I’m always exceptionally motivated on Mondays? I am excited to share my newest finds with you this week!
Since last week’s Supplement Spotlight went over so well, I am happy to be able to shift the focus to another amazing supplement: magnesium! Magnesium is one of my favorite supplements because it does SO MUCH. As a co-enzyme in over 300 different processes in the body, magnesium is highly important to helping us feel our best everyday!
Valentine’s Day is almost here! What are your plans? Are you more of a stay-in-at-home type of person or a make-a-reservation person? Maybe you’re a stay at home with your gal-friends type of person. Oooh, I want to know! The fiance and I are just planning on having dinner together and doing our normal routine things! To me, that feels more special than having a fancy dinner at a restaurant. Made even more true when I enjoy my own cooking more than the cooking at most restaurants.
Happy Monday from a very snowy Spokane! It has been a mini snow-pocalypse here and the temps have dropped again. Hopefully we will be back in the mid 30s temperature here soon! I hope wherever you are that you are having a great Monday, even if it is super cold and sunny 😉
Today on the blog I want to talk about a topic near and dear to my heart – SUGAR! It has been a long journey in figuring out what my relationship with sugar should look like and I finally feel like I am in a very balanced and sane spot with it. For those of you who don’t know, I have always had a bit of a sweet tooth. I just LOVE sweet foods. Not that I don’t also appreciate savory, but sweet just tastes so much sweeter.
